When you have groups of mail boxes do you
a) group them as one stop AND the boxes as one
b) group them as one stop, then plot the boxes where they lie on the map
I'd say the logic for choice b) is that not plotting the boxes separately from the group FORCES the system think you are delivering one giant shared mailbox and not 11 separate ones like in the image above. Also if the boxes are not plotted then how would choice a) know how to compensate you for creep time?
For the longest time we were told to group the boxes and the stop and no literature I can find online has clarified this enough for me to be able to settle this 'dispute'.
