How, in everyone's opinion is the "new way of hiring" RCA's working?

Us too DB, I've gotten assistance over the years a couple few times while learning new routs but I knew I have to do this on my own. Most newbies don't have a sense of urgency...
I'm not necessarily knocking getting some help when peeps are new, but for months on end is just riduculous....

20 years for me, never got any part of a route taken for me... parcel assisance a few times around Christmas, but most years not even that.... ?

This how they've been spoon feeding new subs here as well... always having someone else taking part of the route for them, even after several months.... it's nuts.... ?

Yep we have a sub who works 5 days since mid May and still gets help on the easiest route, PM is now pulling 6 day aux off route and placing them on routes when it is heavy. Keep telling Aux to grieve but they are looking for new employment so we will be losing another sub because of a sub they should had fired within 90 days.

This is something I don't understand. They won't grieve because they don't want to cause trouble. But they will quit instead.

If one is going to quit anyways why not make an idiot stupidvisor's life miserable first?

File the grievance and stand up for yourself.

The subs providing the assist, have to be thinking, Geezy Louisy, I sure never got all this help, and route-splitting and so forth... back in the day, you just had to do it, and you got done when you got done... ?

We have posted an RCA position twice since the new system started. The most recent #1 who was awarded the position called today to turn it down because she lives 1700 MILES away. The one before that was just a name on a computer screen who never showed up. Hopefully, there are more candidates queued up behind the 1700 mile lady, or we'll be posting this gig yet again.
