120 Days is 3/24/18

I want to make sure I fill out the grievance form correctly.

3A) Should the date I put there 3/24/18, or the date that I gave the 120 day letter to mgt who of course, never signed it. (11/24/17)

3B) Date we discussed this situation. No use in any discussion, should I just put 3/24/18 when I put it on persons desk ?

4) Statement in the form of a question. "Why do I not have a sub of record" ? I submitted an 120 day letter to mgt on 11/24/17 and mgt never returned it. Is it necessary to put the article iof the contract regarding each rural route having a substitute ?

Of course, I will round date all paperwork and make copies, because, I am pretty sure mgt person will not return the grievance form to me.

If you can get a signature from management when submitted and before you make copies that would be sweet. I also have been asked to witness events of handing in paperwork to management. When I do I make a note of it when I get home.

Take a look yourself and see if the position is posted. If it is they are making an active effort to find coverage and you are out of luck. Not their problem if nobody responds to posting.

This is an ongoing event nationwide. My LLV office just lost 1 of 3 RCA'S left because of the MATRIX guidelines to provide a vehicle for coverage in POV RRMPO offices.

I didnt even bother trying to get a signature, this person is impossible to deal with. Person is not there on Saturdays, thankfully ! I just left it on persons desk. Yeah, I know, person can say I never got it. No one will be there Mon am to mess with it.

I checked yesterday and it was not posted, I would be willing to wager this person has no clue on how to post anything.

I round dated all copies (with me at home), I mailed paperwork to union person.

We have 2 post offices, with 2 K routes without subs, so I believe a PTF can be hired.

@ Howah44.. check thread under leave replacements.. PTF good thing for a smaller office. You responded on this thread. No was the answer to the question I asked.
