I was indeed included in this 3%. Was a letter of indebtedness invoice for 3 pay periods of premiums for me

This whole change has been s sh^^ show from the beginning of the year. no claims processed for several months (March 10th on the RCBP) & they haven't uploaded the Explanation off benefits ti the FSA sight as of now. They had MONTHS to get this ready to go...THEY BLEW IT BIG TIME!!
