So my problem is I have parcels that come in to centralized mailboxes that have both the steet and mailing address. Over 30% daily don't show up on package lookahead. I've done it enough now to know the missing parcels on package lookahead that I have to carry to the house show N/A on LTM therefore not receiving drive and walking distance time. Is there a way to include the street address in AMS so I can plot the delivery point to the house. Most of the parcels that I receive look like this
John Public
26 W Camden (street number)
1126 Henderson Place (Mailing address)
City state zip
I need to be able to add the street number
Any suggestions? Thanks

My AMS contact's simple solution: Ask those customers to re-order the addresses to primary your Central unit and map those as appropriate. Problem I see is you are not (likely) getting credit for those non-manifest parcels. AMS apparently is not supposed to add addresses to the same house.

Assuming your customers are not helpful, you may need to ask our generous and intelligent union via greivance or dispute for crediting those parcels you are (personal assumption) delivering for free to your route. If you find a union that fulfills that criteria congratulations.
