RCA "A" most senior in APO/LLV and RMPO offices on hold down in APO due to retirement for 2 months pending adjustment. RCA "B" in RMPO/POV on hold down in office for 1 month due to bid transfer in another RMPO under the APO umbrella. No RCA coverage available in RMPOS. All REGS in RMPO working the 6. APO also short of RCA coverage so matrix not complete but has coverage for all routes by playing pinball with RCAS in APO office because all chose APO coverage based on seniority. All APO RCA's do not have POV big enough to handle daily volume to cover RMPO route except RCA "A".
RCA "A" opted this RMPO route as 3rd choice. A larger route than the one in APO they are currently serving. RCA "B" from RMPO gets fulltime job suiting their needs better than a POV route. They relinquish their rites to the route. Management now offers RCA "A" the route of 3rd choice because of ability to provide a POV large enough to accept daily volume for the route. No excised carriers are involved.
Since RCA "A" from APO accepts offer from management to bounce to RMPO because of 3rd option, does this break the 90 day leave earning status even though RCA "A" has only had Sundays and holidays as days off?
