Another RCA Insurance Thread

So, it isn't altogether clear to me if one must go into postalEASE and elect the same coverage you already have. I know the verbiage is saying new enrollment and change enrollment, but why can't it say, "Don't do nuthin' iffin you already got insurance and want it to stay the same?" From the nightmares I read of people trying to bid because of how unclear the process seems to be, I want to be sure I needn't take any action to stay where I am insurance wise.

Health Insurance stays the same if you do nothing in Open Season. There are no “Brand” choices to make for RCAs so easy breezy.
Once you go Regular, check your insurance prices & benefits EVERY Open Season. Prices change & so do their coverages.

I'm hoping/figuring this will hold true. I don't want to change anything, but am going to try to navigate those websites to look see if all looks kosher.

I don't want to change anything, but couldn't resist looking to make sure I somehow hadn't been removed from my Plus One coverage. So, I went to Postal Ease, and got to the Main Menu.
Under Benefits, I clicked on USPS Health Benefits Plan non-career.

This takes you to a page with lots of mumbo jumbo talks of CCAs MHE PSE, etc, but doesn't mention RCAs. It concludes with a note saying Open Season is in November.
However, if you click continue it takes you to another screen of choices. Special enrollment is the last option.

It shows me enrolled where I want, but I couldn't resist doing it again. It came back with an error, "already enrolled in this plan". So, I'll just trust that everything is fine.

Yes, csparks. This was the confusion I was experiencing. The mumbo jumbo does not say RCA, but calls us something else. I didn't do as you did and pick what I already have, so thanks for letting me know it just told you you were already enrolled.
