Does it say anywhere that as a rca we are supposed to call in after every single shift and go gf welp all the other rcas?

I get it to a point say new rcas, but slower rcas that milk their routes. Sheesh especially after a year or so and manglement doesn’t want to sit there it drives me nuts to gave to bail them out

Solution
You are not required to use your cell phone for anything. The only documentation you’ll find on cell phone usage is that we aren’t supposed to use them While on-duty. We aren’t even required to own one.

-- My last post office got around that by posting a notice on the door: "RCA's -- see the supervisor upon returning from the route."

-- BTW - why call in? Are you at a RMPO?

I fought that as a regular. I wanted a bsse hour change.

The adr said, who cares? I text my boss all the time. I forwarded our conversation to the DR.

I got an allowance of 2 minutes if required to call. I must only use the office phone and am only required to call an official USPS #.

You wanna know something? Ive yet to make a call since that settlement, strange huh?
