They did it right . At least in my case . I did slightly better than I expected. I was expecting anything around 1000 after taxes . I am getting 1225 net . It was 2130 gross. Taxes and contributions reduced it by 905 . Off course net will vary by people’s withholding . Remember it’s only pay raise for about 10 month duration and some COLA for even a shorter period . I have a feeling RCAs who are with PO long time and worked a lot will fare much betterAnyone else check their paystub yet for this week? Trying to check it for my backpay but I don't think they did the math right. That or I'm not reading it correctly
Read the adjustment link . It will show what was the gross total , gross reductions and net extra on first page . It will break it down by each back pay occurrence in subsequent pagesAnyone else check their paystub yet for this week? Trying to check it for my backpay but I don't think they did the math right. Yeah I downloaded the pdf so I could read through it all but it's still clear as mud. For example I was a 46k all of 24 and only became a 42k in spring of 25 but all the adjustments use 42k as a base, don't seek 46k anywhereRead the adjustment link . That’s because almost all of 2024 does not matter . Upto May we were under old contract anyway . The biggest amount is 1.3% increase which happened in November 2024 . And all the raises are made current rate on sept 2025 . So you are missing about 10 months of back pay in difference. Similar story with COLA —- it is even for shorter periodsYeah I downloaded the pdf so I could read through it all but it's still clear as mud. For some reason(where we work) they combined all the retro pay from pp20 of 2024 to pp8 of 2025 on one page(1) without breaking it down. I don’t know where you have to go to see that. Then starting with pp9 - pp18 of 2025 you can see all information.Yeah I downloaded the pdf so I could read through it all but it's still clear as mud. Yeah that's what it looks like they did here, so it's hard to tell what dates are whatFor some reason(where we work) they combined all the retro pay from pp20 of 2024 to pp8 of 2025 on one page(1) without breaking it down. In the past things like that could be viewed on Liteblue. On the payroll site they would have a tab that you could see Adjustments. For some reason(where we work) they combined all the retro pay from pp20 of 2024 to pp8 of 2025 on one page(1) without breaking it down. Yes that’s where I got it from. But like RRECS there’s just some information they don’t want to show you cause…..you just don’t need to know.In the past things like that could be viewed on Liteblue. On the payroll site they would have a tab that you could see Adjustments.
I think it would be the 2.3% raise from $20.38 from 11/16/2024 til AUG 2025. The other raises weren’t in effect til later. So if I started as an RCA in 2022 and was making 20.38 up until now I'm making 22.89. is it just the 2.3% GWI that goes into the backpay or both the .55¢ and 1$ raises as well?
1.3% raise plus 1 or 2 COLA for shorter durationI think it would be the 2.3% raise from $20.38 from 11/16/2024 til AUG 2025. The other raises weren’t in effect til later.
I was a 43k for most of this period and only netted like 76 more than that, only amounted to an extra 800 or so on my check... Im sure its all "technically" correct but it seems like they worked it into the contract to keep back pay as low as possible.I saw mine this morning. I'm a 41k on Table 2 and my back pay was around $1400.
$600 net after the deductions.
