Mine down alot as well-I dont understand how they do the numbers-is that an average of 3 minutes per day/week for bh flats? And also you get credit for 100% coverage for 1 day correct having BH flats? Say for an entire 1 year you just had 5 sets of BH flats what would that equal to on this 6 month evaluation? My flats lately have been mostly addressed so not boxholders. All this is so confusing and stressful.
