i think that is if sent from the plant that way.There is also this from The RRECS Guide ;
9. Casing DPS Letters
While RRECS includes a standard (S009) of 0.0294 minutes per piece (34 pieces per
minute), the standard is ONLY credited in two circumstances. One was discussed above:
when the route receives fewer than 400 pieces of DPS Letters in a day, the quantity is
automatically defaulted to this casing standard. The second application of the DPS
Letters casing standard is when the route receives more than one run of DPS in a day. In
this case, the casing standard would be applied to the smaller run of DPS with the fewest
pieces. Again, this is an automatic default in the system.
Now, is "it" really an automatic default ? I suppose one would need to look at their 4241M if he /she has had this situation in the previous 52 weeks to verify.
Yesi think that is if sent from the plant that way.
the op seems to indicate that the DPS was sent to the wrong office and then finally showed up (happens to me all the time). in this case, claiming the 8127 time would be the appropriate remedy, yes?
Unfortunately, the “automatic” crediting of 2 runs is not happening as it is supposed to be. Unless this has been corrected recently, not even a low DPS day under 400 is credited as “cased” as required. We found in my office that only the Auxiliary route was coming in with Cased DPS for under 400 but not Regular routes.There is also this from The RRECS Guide ;

Well, it would be 8127 based on the formula in The 603 ; 541.41 that @Rt2mailman mentioned. Since the OP received some on one day and some on another.i think that is if sent from the plant that way.
