If you mean before the DPM in Mapping then yes.
The “Red Book” still needs to be kept up with and turned in monthly. The Edit Book submission changes the active boxes in the DPM program.
It’s a 1-way conversation. Changing boxes to active in the DPM instead does not change the Edit Book but is only a temporary fix to plot points.
The Edit Book talks to the DPM but not the other way around.
