Forced day off

I'm sub of record on a route with the regular out for an extended period of time. I've been working 6 days a week finishing under daily evaluation each day. Today I was told I am being forced to take a day off in the upcoming weeks because I am working too many hours for the week. Is management allowed to do this when I am not exceeding the daily eval on the route? It is a 47k (9.4hr) route.

Unfortunately, mgmt has the right to give a “K” day to a hold-down just as an RCA also has the right to a day of when working a hold-down route. If you’re going over 40 hours, then you’re getting shafted on the pay since you’re hourly over 40. If you’re staying under 40, they may not be happy paying the 56+ hours that you’d be making.
That being said, mgmt should NOT be forcing you to work on Amazon Sunday, either.
