Mine isn't affected by the fires. But is has been closed to the public for 8 of the last 14 days. The clerks are refusing to work because the old mgmt team they bullied was relocated overnight. The new team( level 26 poom) isn't playing their games. Customers have started getting po boxes in other cities for service. Btw, I checked the usps conditions site and that office hasn't been listed for delays or closures. Don't worry, I called the VP of the area to let them know, I also stopped I to see my congress person.
Drown them in grievances from all crafts. Eventually the paper trail causes district to relocate said management. My office has done it twice in 4 years, current batch of management are good people.
The clerks in that office bully everyone. It is and has been a nightmare office for 8 years. It doesn't matter what mgr you bring in, the clerks will tank them unless you play them as favorites and OT game.

Except all my customers loved me, and they hated our clerks, and pm because they were/are A, B- holes....I dont miss the place, or people that worked there, except for my few friends, and customers.90 % of the little town where I delivered STRONGLY disliked (putting it nicely) the PM, he was lazy, nasty, etc…Sounds just like my old office....
I sometimes wonder why it seems like someone is always coming up with a new way to not have to use the PO.... like using a banking phone app to deposit a check rather than mailing it... or email, or whatever... if the PO weren't such a PITA, would peeps try to avoid it so much????
Lots of the PO’s are old & dirty inside, lobbies look like crap, many ppl would rather go to.
