Instead of progressing and improving like most companies, what has our company done??? Slow things down and delay things (THANKS DEJOY) to point it is so bad no one wants to use us anymore. Then they wonder why business is down???

Then we blame the carriers for all the problems.

Service gets worse, volume drops, then the people actually delivering it catch the heat. That loop is getting pretty old.
