I need to cancel my health insurance. Do I have to wait until the Open Period? I can't find anything anywhere on how to cancel it.

I believe cancellations can be done at anytime, you could attempt making the changes yourself on lite blue, if it allows you, its a done deal. If it doesn't give them (Shared Services) a call as "Oi veh" suggests.
