"Helping"

Yeah I was in my first year as an RCA and did a 45 k route in 4 and a half hours. It was Saturday with lots of business closed, but more importantly, last count the supervisor accidentally counted around 300 apartment boxes as curbside. So don't  knock the dude for inaccuracy.

That said, at that office there were only 3 routes who never needed help. At other offices, if you finish first you go back out to help, so there is 0 incentive to go fast. Marathon, not race, especially for rcas. And of course, keep your 40 hours in mind for pay.

If I rush too much, I end up finding out later that I accidentally left a CBU unlocked....  :/  Got to work this past Saturday to find a note from my regular that I'd left one unlocked the previous Saturday, so it was unlocked all weekend.  "I can't stress this enough..."
