We have a woman on the aux that won't do any extra or amazon as she doesn't want to go over 40 hours. I always had to do it all so am kinda confused why/how she gets to dictate to the PM. They are close friends though as they went to school together.

aux carrier doesn't want to go over 40? or management? When I was on aux route, I liked going over 40 because that got me paid for the over evaluation time I put in every week. One dumb manager sent me back out to deliver a bunch of misthrown mail (some regular just put anything they didn't want in a tray and laid it on my case after I left) That 1.5 hour sent me to 40.10 LOL I got 6 hours extra pay because of it LOL
