Magnolia and all....................I have edited / corrected my previous post , # 12 , to reflect the correct standard for sector segment mail.
While I did not count this time around, I have been and am currently running numbers for several routes in my office both P.O.V. and LLV that DID count. I have paperwork everywhere . Way too many numbers in my head at the time I originally posted. My bad, I was wrong, I made the mistake. I just did not and do not want to mislead anyone. My apologies to all !!!

I was a 42K.. I came back as a 40 K my packages have tripled. I make two trips every day so basically I’m going to be working twice as hard for less pay.

Everyone that counted is pretty much holding their own. Political flats helped a lot. Amazon took over their own awhile back so there is that loss in parcels, scans and loading time. But, we were taken off FSS so the base hour change helped there a bit to help mitigate the parcel loss. Everyone still has to get things corrected on their 4239s and there were some big corrections ( carrier favor ).

While quantity is the way to go on a review, one could most definitely argue that any route that reviewed, quality and/or quantity, and was then counted this time around and is entitled to a "rebuild" ( which is actually more work for same money ) would have to have the route re-qualified on DPS. I say this because , in part, the Step 4 says this
"the route will be rebuilt the equivalent of the DPS letter mail impact in accordance with the DPS Letter Mail
Implementation Procedures. " Now , part of DPS Implementation Procedures includes the 3 consecutive days at 98% quality threshold. While I doubt the NRLCA would argue this, I most certainly would.
