Just lost FSS before count

I am wondering how the routes that just lost FSS turned out. My unit lost FSS a few month before the count. We all gained an hour due to the change. Route became 48K after count lost 6 hrs now 42k

No transparency on how/ how many flats were counted.

Every route in office lost 6-12 hrs.
One zip still has amazon other doesn't.

We lost FSS in early January. Actually we lost it about a year ago but we all know that the post office would send every route about five pieces of FSS so that they would not have to pay us to go ahead and convert. On my 4241A it shows DPS flats at 25 minutes. I'm thinking this 26 minutes should go into CR flats? The question is what is the conversion from DPS flats to CR flats. I could figure it out but it's a beautiful day and I'm going to enjoy my day.
