mail count time period for all the packages

does anyone know the 52 week time period for all the packages that are being counted for the current mail count, did it start in 2021?

Should be Feb 2022 until now.

I was told March 12th 2022 until March 10th 2023 when I asked.

may 2021 start and end may 2022, this count will include christmas 2021 and the next count in August will include christmas 2022, sound right?
