With previous terms such as “as soon as administratively possible” you probably need to be more specific with “near future”

Nope. Contract talks have started & there were none in the past few years. September is always the possibility but either USPS decides on a full “Nat’l” or a route qualifies for “Special”.

Depends if amazon ups fed x dhl and the rest of them are on board. I see not as many helpers lately. But it is a magical time in the rural realm.

The initial MOU on the "time study" aka RRECS.... said a count would be conducted at implementation.... don't know if or when that might be tho.... or if that's still part of the plan.... ?‍

There won’t be anymore National mail counts. Not with RRECS getting implemented. Waste of money and time for both sides.
