I tried some math using rreca standards. I pretended I will get 200 raw flats for a week and I'll get 17 minutes for that. Then if I only get 100 the next week that's half. So then they take them figures and AVERAGE them figures for 52 or 26 weeks. Does that sound correct? Even our actual time isn't actual is a AVEARGE again. Does that sound correct too? Why in the double hockey sticks are we doing this? They should of named it Mirco mini mail backwards survey. Does anyone think besides me this is the up most ridiculous thing yet the postal service has come off with? I really think this one took the cake and trust me they have done some retarded things. I can't wrap my head around this at all for us carriers it's going to be a disaster!
