what form do we fill out for the difference in mileage between our home office and one they pulled us into? Ive had trouble getting paid that mileage in the past.

It's an 1164-e you should be able to google that and download and print a blank copy or you may be able to fill it out online and then print it.

Also make sure you make a copy and notate on it who you gave the form to and when you did.

Just a note, this form is used for etravel but is only usable if your supervisors have access to the programs. You also have to setup direct deposit thorough postal ease and it’s a separate deposit into your account.

Yeah thats not the form they had me fill out last time, but I'm sure the break down was in the post office itself. I do have dd and thats how it went in last time I got it. I'll submit it on the 1164e and cross my fingers! My xj may run cheap, but it don't go anywhere for free! Thanks for the help ?
