They want us to sign this? Uh sure these numbers are ok but what about the last year that we was told it was all a trail/practice and it didn’t count up till Jan or something. So what do we do?

Lyra -- what is on the top of the page?

-- Has manglement stated a deadline for verifying the data and signing the form?

-- Has manglement produced any sheets to verify, other than the numbers on that form?

-- Back during "normal" mail counts, we had 3 days to go over the "numbers".

- But at least we had daily sheets with the "numbers".

I signed off on their #s for this mini count. Their #s matched my count for selected items.

I did not sign off on the Leave Commitment.

I did not sign anything, Mail Count was not done properly, High and Low options do not apply to most of us so why sign this? Could not verify most of the numbers inaccurate. I just look at this as a learning session. Hopefully the next count will be accurate with more data to bounce the numbers.

You were only verifying what was physically counted, timed, or measured. You keep track of the daily numbers & timings (if any) & compare them to what they say you had. That is the only data we had to verify. EOR, RADAR, & scans are year-long averaging so not part of the Survey.

If you kept track of what you believe should have been counted or timed, that should have been submitted with your Dispute so mgmt could correct the issue.
