Footage, mileage, authorized dismounts, trips to door, all of this is huge besides just parcel volume.went from 43 to 40....that was after losing amazon immediately after cuts. SOMEHOW someone managed to get a 48k DESPITE this. How do you get cut to a 43k, lose amazon, then go UP? Trying to figure that out...still waiting on everyone to get back from route and share numbers
Exactly! Either someone fudged the numbers or something changed with the calculations and they didnt say anything because itβs looking like most carriers are seeing the biggest drops since the first mail count. Every route in my office that got numbers dropped 2-3 hours in evaluation, and this is after we just went through christmas mail volume and UPS packages came back. The numbers from the mini mail survey were pretty close to the last count so we all assumed we would stay the same, at most lose or gain an hour, so to see 3 hour drops has been a shock to everyone, even the managers at our station are saying something must be up. Someone make it make senseI went down an hour...and this is after I gained a 150+ per week package pickup last October. I pick up 3 -4 times a week. Takes me an extra 30 min on average, on the days I have a pick up: Loading (min 8 trips to door on scanner), unloading, scanning them pre paid acceptance (EOS).....Yet I lose LOSE an hour!?!??!?!?!? Other than bundled flats being down (my raw flats during MMS were actually wayyyy up compared to last MMS!), I see nothing else that has changed so much to warrant losing an hour....esp when its actually taking me longer each day!!!! (And I'm very fast & efficient). I dunno. Something very odd here.
Did you see much of an increase in the CARRIER PICKUP ITEMS section?I went down an hour...and this is after I gained a 150+ per week package pickup last October. I pick up 3 -4 times a week. It really is funny how people think parcels make or break a route when they are just a component of the overall evaluation.Footage, mileage, authorized dismounts, trips to door, all of this is huge besides just parcel volume.
It really is for many people though. It really is funny how people think parcels make or break a route when they are just a component of the overall evaluation.
How many deliveries? It really is for many people though.
I went down in most categories but my parcel time went up and that made me increase. Same thing happened last survey. And the survey before, my parcels went down and I lost time.
All of that with a 116-120 mile route.
Explain ββ election mail block, No idea what that is. ThanksOffice wide losses. Out of 50 or so routes 45 or so dropped some losing 8 hours. We lost amazon in 2018 so it wasn't that. Volume is down and losing UPS and the election mail block really impacted evaluations. I lost 2 hours from a time ive been every single rrecs change since the beginning
I'm in the same boat. My office lost a ton.Office wide losses. Out of 50 or so routes 45 or so dropped some losing 8 hours. We lost amazon in 2018 so it wasn't that. Are you putting the 150+ pick up number daily in R menu ? If not , you are not getting the most of the pick up credit . Yes , you are supposed to get good EOS the way you described. What is your EOS ? If you are doing whatβs supposed to be done loosing hr doesnβt make senseI went down an hour...and this is after I gained a 150+ per week package pickup last October. I pick up 3 -4 times a week. We are getting SCREWED...I'm in the same boat. My office lost a ton.
My route has been a 41K since RRECS started. Gained 3 mins, 25 mins, and 15 mins in the last 3 evals. I was 28 minutes under a 42K. Now all of a sudden in a 6-month period, my route lost 2 hours and 18 minutes.I'm a 43J. Something is not right with this. Out of 15 routes in my office, only 6 are K routes as of today.
