After watching this video and seeing ole Donnie claiming "RRECS is working." I think it is time to get my rid $800+ bucks a year back. That was maybe the worst video ever.

If it is working so well, then why the !@$$ you file step 4 grievance and 4 of them???? You contrdict yourself.

I mean old mail count would have worked too if you MADE EVERYONE COUNT and not opt out. Some people went 10 years without a count.
