Is this good or bad for carriers?

The needed seperation of curbline and CBU boxes is something i specifically stated in my dispute so i'm glad to see it here. I'd imagine once all carriers notice that CBU end up showing low route coverage nation-wide, there'd be enough pressure for some sort of change there.

I just want everyone to take note of the interim drive speed calculation. It includes total miles and boxes excluding all traffic controls.

Anyone remember when the board was saying any unmapped routes would be calculated to rural advantage? And questions were asked on the computation data? Don't worry, it will all be to the carriers advantage. What absolute snake s#/&. But, what can you do with an old, educationally challenged board who won't even spend the money on a proper legal team to catch the boards blunders. Good golly!!!!!

How fast are cbu routes going to be abandoned and left vacant because nrlca missed the math and the future of mail receptacles? And have no real plans to fix it.
