Not allowed to see 4241M reports from mini-mail count because we are frozen 43Ks???

Supposed to get mail count results tomorrow(4241M). Was told by supervisor today that since our routes are frozen at 43, we are NOT ALLOWED to see our route results!!!! Has this happened to anyone else who is frozen? There is no reason not to be able to see what my route REALLY is unless they are doing something SHADY!!! I am going to grieve it...but has anyone else dealt with this?? Let me know.

The system to print and view 4241A and 4241M do not allow them to be viewed or printed. System errors out. My supervisor let me watch him try. The routes not locked pulled up without issue.

This is USPS choice to not publish your results when your route is frozen, to avoid the freak-out reactions when the numbers are crunched using less than the full 52 weeks of data. Has been this way for prior survey(s) since the MOU that froze routes.

Doesnt matter what the results are....they are MY results that will affect my pay when the route becomes UNFROZEN. We all know the numbers are gonna be lower. If I dont know what the numbers are NOW, how am i going to know they didnt manipulate them in 6 months? EXACTLY!!!!!!

I get this, but this is such a !@#%%ing lame excuse.

Literally if you have been frozen 6 months, why not have system double up your total for 6 months so then you could see a rough estimation of your route? I mean keep this info hidden then route comes back as H route after unfrozen and you just got screwed because no way to build route back up.

RRECS is the biggest disaster ever. The whole process of everything is a joke.

way, it becomes eligible for updates in each
subsequent pay period based on changes in
BH. In the subsequent pay periods, BH = CWE
+ AF, where CWE is the latest value available,
and AF is an adjustment factor. Tracker stores
current values of both BH and AF. CWE is an
automated calculation that is available daily

I get that, but at least this will give an idea of where the route is. If it comes back as say 43K, you know you will most likely stay around that. Then say it comes back as 41H you know they just screwed you. It ain't rocket science. USPS does it on purpose.

You know they could give you the 4241M with all the volume redacted like in the final RRECS report, but showing coverage factor, loading time, eos, etc.

Results should be passed out. What harm can it do? Even unfrozen routes have no way to verify the data.
Will get mine Saturday and go down another 2 hours and verify against what?????

This is how it is . No point of looking at 4241m till the 12 months passed . Because all the figures printed will be distorted big time . Some figures will be inflated some will be minimized . If it was a straight cut only all your figures will be inflated . If it was only addition your figures will be lower than what actually is . If it was cut/ addition combined figures will be even more funky .

i have been keeping track of all WSH numbers, both in DPS and not, writing them on my own documentation and on 4240.

I just have feeling they will do same as some of the people who kept track of coverage by casing dps and say your info is lying or you are boosting your numbers because you didn't have that much WSH. This thing is such a mess.

Anything in the DPS is already accounted for. They do that so we can’t credit our route with a full coverage. They simply hold back some of the WSS/WSH from the DPS or flat tubs.
