The NRLCA stands in solidarity with Mr. Thakkar’s loved ones and the entire postal community during this difficult time and will continue to monitor the investigation.

Continue to monitor the investigation‽ Is the union choosing not to do an investigation of their own‽ 🤔🤦‍♂️
You wouldn't want the union to find something that could break their fantastic bond with management would you? That could ruin their negotiations and grievances! /sarc

Well big convention coming up. T bone steak or crab legs???? More important decisions to be made than doing their own investigation. USPS will investigate and it will be all the investigating that needs to be done. That investigation will be as transparent as RRECS.

From what I hear, cause of death has not yet been confirmed. It would be wrong to throw accusations without knowing what caused this to happen.

Outside temperature conditions are not the only reason for a death.

There could be underlying conditions that caused his death. JS

I don’t believe the cause of death has been determined either.

For myself the question at this time is should trust be on the table? I do not believe it likely the Postal Service will find themselves responsible for anything even if they are. I do not believe the union will place themselves in a position to respond if wrong doing took place.

I feel this has been demonstrated repeatedly.
