A friend of mine awhile ago quit as an CCA, he couldnt take it anymore, VERY toxic office on many levels, typical BAD large PO. I told him it was probably a bad idea to quit without another job.
So today he told me he got an email and it stated he was in the "offer phase" for an RCA position. It is an all LLV office luckily for him.
Does anyone know what "offer phase" means ? Or where in the hring process he is in ?
