Two weeks ago we had 2 Regular Rural carriers and two RCA's. We have two regular routes and two aux routes. I am the only one left. Everyone else has quit. My Union rep said to stick with the basic contract; just do my route, no more than 12 hrs a day (unless you want to), and no Sundays. I am aware of these but I might not be aware of some other, upcoming situations that being in this dilemma may cause. Can you see things for me to look out for or possibly, preemptively do (120 day letter, grievances, etc...)?
