How can Post Master General DeJoy claim he can do nothing about it, if he has been made aware of it serious flaws and discrepancies he could have delayed it. And if the Post Office and Union were to have worked on and approved the standards jointly, then the Union dropped the ball on the route coverage percentage fiasco. Someone still needs to explain to me how this factor is fair. Heck, someone need to explain to me where this factor comes from and how each percentage affects my evaluation. I still can help but think this percentage if the culprit behind so many low evaluations. The Union and Post Office both need to be transparent about this.

WTF.....

Dejoy: ".... “That was a negotiated process, an arbitrated process,” DeJoy said. “That was done a long time before I got here. And it's you know, it's unfortunate, but, I mean, it is what it is and I didn't decide it.”

What a weasel-worded thing to say.... 🤔 🤷‍♂️(n):poop::oops:

Well sure it is negotiated process but you DeJoy are part of the USPS. I cant believe they don't have you somewhat involved in the process. Who sets whether it goes into effect or not? Whose side pushed it forward???

So outraged, yet watch the members "overwhelmingly" ratify the next contract with whopping 1.x% annual increases. :rolleyes:
You forgot to mention the OVERWHELMING majority of the "members" are so disgusted with the whole process, they have either quit the NRLCA, or don't even bother to vote for the farce process of contract ratification.... js.... not insignificant facts.... 🤔 🤷‍♂️(n):poop::oops:

I guess if they found a fix that would keep the LLVs from bursting into flames DeJoy would say I wasn’t here when the PO bought them so it’s not my problem.

So when the next contract is up for vote, giving us that whopping 1% raise, you won't be blasting us with 🤑👍 emojis & telling us how awesome that 1% will be?!?
