Po mgmt does usually TOTALLY SUCK....However that right there is completely unacceptable. I will say that if they are determined to follow through with it, they should suffer the same fate. We dont need people like that here that want to commit atrocities like this...

I'd like the real story. Not to say you're allowed to say you're going to kill your co-workers but what did management do to this guy? I'm gathering they said something that made him defensive about his family and income. These gossip rags like to toss a few sensational sounding scraps of the conversation out as clickbait without providing the whole story.

He shouldn't have answered the phone while on the route.
Then when hes back at office if confronted maybe someone could be a witness to the conversation. Otherwise its he said she said.
And, he could have requested a representative to be present.
Why do people keep answering mgmt calls while on the route, or at home?
