business and apartment boxes close frequently without carrier knowledge unless they do monthly mapping. @Worve is correct. individual boxes get an email, business and apartment units never did when I was watching.

Interesting I can confirm business do not get an email. 3 out of 4 are in fact business for me that are the problem child. One being in cbu and the anchor point. Will be switching the anchor point to a different box that routinely gets mail daily. Current one only gets something once a week. The non business gets an email and PM will keep an eye out now. They admitted they never responded and owned up to the mistake.

My paycheck has gone down the last 3 pay periods. Any idea why?

Is it every paycheck less than the paycheck before? Or just 3 paychecks are down by same amount from the 4th one ? Probably the latter. Assuming it is so , did you do mapping around that time ?
