Upper management appears to lack the ability to tell the difference between the Postal Service being prepared for the Holidays and their having made holiday plans.

If upper management even cared about the Postal Service being prepared for the Holidays a common complaint among them would be they never had the holidays off. It should be the nature of this business.

To emotionally urinate on their employees may make them feel important. It does not make the Postal Service more effective.

Let me get this straight: Carriers complain they don't get any overtime during Christmas overtime. Carriers complain they don't get any help/assistance during Christmas overtime. What am I missing?
