Is there a PTF faq?

Table 1/2 starting pay? Access to career benefits; health insurance, TSP, time served towards retirement? Do you still take a pay cut to go career? Can the PM borrow in to prevent working OT? Can you work an aux if no carrier available?

The pay is listed on table one and two of the pay schedule at the bottom. Its about 20.50 for the table two employees.
You are career so all the benefits besides paid holidays you get including insurance and matched retirement ect.
Depending on when you were hired you might take a pay cut. RCAs hired after 2010 career pay cut but before the 2012 RCA pay cut will get a pay cut to table two rate. If you are on the $18~ an hour RCA current rate you will get a raise.
Yes they can prevent OT by bringing someone else in.
Yes you can work an aux but cant be assigned to it.
You are require to be assigned to at least two K routes but can be assigned up to 5.
They pick for you you have no options.
You cant refuse a route if one comes up you are automatically assigned to the vacant route after bidding.

Just to add:
However many hours your "String" of routes adds up to is all you are guaranteed. If you only have 2 45K routes then you are only guaranteed that 18 hours. Mgmt doesn't HAVE to work you more but they'd be dumb not to.
A PTF can be made to work a route prior to the 2nd or 3rd matrix sub.
The Holiday Pay is built into your hourly pay just like our OT in a Regs evaluation is built in.
Your CAREER starts at PTF so whatever schedule you will fall on as a Regular is the one you'll be on as a PTF. Your pay is listed at the bottom of the Paychart.
The PTF time does count towards your "steps". If you're a PTF for one year on Schedule 2 then go Regular, you start at Step 2. If on Schedule 1, you're partway through Step A.
If there are multiple PTF positions for bid, seniority picks which String they want.
PTF jumps to the top of the seniority sub list for Regular if the Senior RCA doesn't want the position.
And lastly, when that PTF does go Regular, their position is dissolved & mgmt must get approval to create another PTF position that may or may not be the same String (mgmt choice).
