Question on bidding

If you are a rca shouldn’t you just bid all routes? If so do you still have to put them by choice? Which one first second and so on?

Yes, one should always bid "all routes." I'm not sure what difference it makes to list them by choice. Our office isn't that big. lol

As @PastOThirty noted above, the order of preference only matters if more than one route is up for bid at the same time.

This actually happened in my office and the long time senior RCA screwed it up and wound up with the worse route. The better route was awarded to an RCA who had just barely qualified for bidding (she had been employed 1 year and 1 month!).
