RCA entitled to full week, over 40 hrs?

This was his response. "Have things cooled down at all".... 3 additional write ups the DAY AFTER he met with supervisor and calmed things over lol. I filed 3 on them originally so they filed 3 on me in return. I asked 2 more times to email me the results but I dont even want to know the outcome of my grievance "does management allow enough time to complete route".... My start time is still 9 so obviously there was no outcome. I just gave up. But now another war is surfacing.
I'd say that lame response and some background should be shared with the Director of Steward Operations... jmho....

Yeah have to
I'm gonna guess you have to be done by 5...or else?

Yes have to be done by 5. I was going slower after all those grievances. Being careful. I wouldn't complete route, theyd just bring me back, leave it for regular next day.
-The regs won't file for the extra work
-I asked steward about her delaying mail/packages, possibly even letting postal police know... Crickets

Call oig when they tell you to leave delay it they will show up next day and chew pm out

Dang. You really have a good one there. I'd so love to take this one on.

The OIG will intervene if you can trick your PM into putting into writing the purposeful delay of mail.

You have to challenge so many rules. And ive also dealt with stewards. Best thing is to tag all district stewards in your emails. And phone calls aren't traceable, so they never happened. "We never discussed that"

Scenario: me and another RCA both scheduled 4 days this week. This Friday will put one of us at 5 days, I'm scheduled on HER primary route (shes off), which I was ok with until I was sent the day after a holiday to go help someone else which will put me over 40, thus making me work some free hours.

Boss said she don't care about me working for free, that's the rural system and what about all those days I went home early. The primary sub DOES want to work, isn't she supposed to work?
This is exactly what I was trying to say about it does not benefit RCA's to work overtime when those overtime hours are in the low forties......

It doesn't take a genius to figure out who your ADR is based on the screen shot you posted...good job outing that person while keeping your own anonymity intact.

You can't even redact a name properly -- no wonder they're giving you discipline lolololol

I didnt want to cover up his name at all. Almost didnt. In order for you to be outed you have to have done something to be outed for right? I'll post all names, mine included. I truly dont care but some others i respect on here might so I won't.

I never had discipline of any sort in 4 years, until i filed a grievance. Have you ever left one letter in your case? Ever forgot one gas receipt? Missing 1 letter in the case is bad but not delivering 40 packages, 1k letters and 100 flats because you have to bring the route back because you have 8 hours to do a 9 hour route on a Monday. Ok bud
