RCA question

Not sure the exact circumstances if there is simply a rumor of a RCA being hired or if they are actually doing that route already but the Postal Service has a high turnover rate. It may be early to assume the new RCA will like and stick with the job. Or maybe they will but require auxiliary help. Either way if you want more hours ask your Postmaster if they can find other offices that need help in the meantime to help keep you busy. You maybe find yourself back subbing on the route you were used to sooner than you realize.

I understand all of this but it is/was all very new, it just happened and the RCA was already hired for the route. Now I'm teaching the route. I am not upset with that person they don't know what happened. I will teach her happily the post is not about that. It's about how I have been filling in for the route and now it's gone and I didn't know I could transfer. I missed out on what I could have had. We live and learn maybe next time. I must say I did feel insult that I was not told by someone else before this all happened.
