Why should she tell them how the vehicle is being used ? Its none of the dealerships business how its being used.

It can void the warranty if you are not completely forthcoming. Worse case they take you to small claims court for reimbursement of any and all work they covered under false pretense.
It’s why I bought a commercial warranty on my used ranger. Still in the hole from that cost, but it only takes one big repair and I come ahead.

I've never had a warranty on anything; I'm more of a 'I void warranties,' kinda vibe to the table.
If they dont ask you, why should you volunteer info ? Its on the dealership to ask the buyer.
That is dependent on federal and state laws I would imagine, I practice CYA in everyday life and all aspects. End of the day do what you feel comfortable with, I choose to be completely transparent because I expect the same. Does not mean I get it I mean I work for the PO
.Im not sure what the law is either. I paid for an extended warranty on a RHD Jeep. The dealership knew what the vehicle was for. Its safe to assume most RHD jeeps are used for mail delivery. Glad I will never purchase any kind of vehicle to sling the mail.
