Deferred retirement starts at 62 not 60 and there are no cost of living increases on the retirement amount until you hit 62.So if I want to resign what are the steps required? I have 26 years as a regular but still 6 years before MRA. If I want my TSP now will I just pay the 10% penalty plus federal taxes on whatever is left? Then can I get my pension at 60?
