Stop back at the PO when passing by at the start of the route ?

Person in charge wants me to stop at the PO when passing at the start of the route to pick up late express/priority. Person wanted me to call, not going to do that. Can I be made to do this since I do pass by ?

IMO, the only RCA should be dealing with this. Of course, during the mail count this did not happen. I emailed union person but she takes forever to get back to me. RCA route is overburdened to the max, should not be my problem.

That 8127 time should start the second you stop your normal route activities, and stop when you start your normal activities up again. The deliver of the express should also be counted in that time that you request extra pay on the 8127 form since it would not have been counted in your last mail count.

Um, id be adding that extra stop to my 4003, dismount distance as well. Right turns only to up the mileage.

Of course the result of the grievance will be not to do it.
