Struggling RCA on 90 day period, todays text to super..

When I got back to the office today a struggling RCA almost at the end of probation sent a text and photo to super today. The jist of the text was I had an accident. I broke someone's flower pot on the porch while delivering a parcel. What do I do?

We both have a giggle while shaking our heads as to how stupid can one be. I asked did you reply? No. Let them figure out what to do. I'm on lunch and last ping check they are almost back to the office.

If it's written up as an accident are they done for a flower pot incident?

I learned a long time ago....Don't tell on yourself.  When you tell a Supervisor or PM something that happened on the route....then the Supervisor or PM will need to address the issue....and it usually doesn't go well for you.   Keep your head down (especially during your probation period) and your mouth shut.
