How come rural carriers have to deal with "higher prices" for 3 months?????

Maybe the NRLCA should inform the Postal Rate Commission that officially the price to deliver has not gone up. Sometimes it may be best to share a bad situation. If it works maybe we can share a good situation later.

Yep I took it as an insult. So gas can jump up like but no pay increase for POV. I see how fair it is.
