I've always wondered why the Teamsters never pursued this aggressively. The more UPS funnels to us, the less dues paying drivers they have. In the article, it says something like "if an employee notices a SurePost parcel exceeding the limits, they will pull it & redirect the parcel to UPS drivers...unless management doesn't have deliveries in that area". Lol...so...same ol' same ol'?

I've never once heard a UPS driver complain about having to drop off parcels at our loading dock.

I noticed that a lot of my parcels today fell under the category described. Now I don't like parcels at all, I'd rather just deliver mail, but the fact of the matter is that rrecs is heavily biased towards parcels, so this will be another hit to our already beleaguered paychecks. I'm happy for the win for the ups guys; imagine what it would be like having a union that worked you!
