USPS Modernization Through Package Equipment Upgrades in June 2026

I don’t understand how the Postal Service is buying these package machines. If they do not have any cash to put up to pay for them. Are they promising to pay for them out of the future profits the machines produce?

If the Postal Service is using our retirement contributions to capitalize these new machines are they operating within the law? I am under the impression that employees are to be compensated first.

I am only operating under a general point of view. I do not know the legal situation but I think it should be looked into.

i say that about commercials on tv, who does not know the usps exists and ships packages, they claim were broke and then advertised, why?

I mean i do understand at times needing to do commercial say for example during Christmas saying here are the days you have to ship packages by to make it for christmas.

Or maybe one about ground advantage when it was introduced. But that's about it.

I don't need commercial saying pump up the volume. More like pump up the prices.
