Waiting for Keys at red room

OK, so I know we get footage for going to red room and getting accountables.
But....what about the fact we are a 80 route office and there are 20 people in front of me also trying to get keys so I wait for 2 to 4 minutes everyday in line.
I thought there was something about that in the training or questions, but I cannot find it.

Any help?

Required wait in line for Keys. Accountable mail has time built in for the acquisition of said articles.

When I asked PM, why I am waiting so long, I just said you all announce to come get keys, so I come stand in line.
She said why don't I wait, and I said cause you randomly close red room, then I really have to wait and find the right clerk.
