So we lost Surepost last year which was a hit to our parcel volume for our evaluations. Then we go down in our evaluations=lose money, only to get Surepost back and now we do all that work for free until the next MMS. After the next mms some are overburdened and get cut and the cycle starts all over again. Such a criminally broken system its genuinely embarrassing.

Of course we will it is peak season and just like Amazon we will get what they dont want to deliver. I knew it was just a matter of time before this happened.
Honestly better than just right after than before a survey. Just matter of your though process. The sooner it starts, the more of those packages will be on the next count in the spring. That's how I look at it.

Not only that, add adjusted routes into the mix. Your route could have been adjusted up, gaining boxes from a continuously split route with a very low box factor. You could have done everything perfectly on your route, and had a very high box factor, but with "Squaring up routes you have to give up your high volume bixes and take on very low volume factor boxes. Now you work for a year and 1/2 (routes frozen for a year, wait until the next count ='s 1 1/2 years). Now you get counted and your route has to be cut because you're overburdened. Guess what that means? Yes, frozen for another year. This mou is killing us and our upper union officials just keep going along to get along.
How about if we freeze what they can spend for a year and a half at last year's expenses?

i remember my ups dude, left me the big packages, long driveways, houses with dog poop bombs, no covered porch, the undesirables and kept the rest, i would see them on the porches....
Nope, my time is drawing close. This doesn’t g wont be around to fight much longer.
