What is 3m credited for?

So are we credited at 15 pieces per minute for our errors in DPS or is it at 86 PPM?
I am talking for everything, Ubbm, Fwd, Hold, misthrows, etc.
I have read both on threads, so am curious now which is correct.

86 is the DPS credit. Anything pulled out is credited again but at the higher Random Letter credit rate. Inverted Letters are also credited at the Random Letter rate of 1 for every 4.

You’re receiving credit for the Missorts from other routes, not from your own. The Missequences that you are throwing back is being double credited. I do this also BUT my mgmt doesn’t want mail in the cases in the PM so they pay for it now. I ask about once a week to PMCase a Full Coverage that is waiting at my case & mgmt typically denies my request. It is what it is.

So, does anyone know what type of credit we get for these items?
Trying to figure out if I need to argue something or take the extra time if it is at 15 PPM.

Same here in our office except our MISSORT/MISSEQUENCED is kept separate from the next day mail so it Does Not get counted AGAIN with the following day’s random letter mail.

Raw..Manual letters are 14 ppm
86 ppm is for dps

Which is why I just threw it all together & mixed up into the Missort tray.

I don't understand.

For some reason the 3M issue has reared its head at my office.... forever we could leave stuff at the case that was gonna go back to our route the next day.... now they don't want anything left at the cases.... so, I guess we take it to a 3M throwback case.... anybody else having an issue with this????
